I live locally but it’s nice to bring my kids in the winter so they can swim and have a great time. the last three weeks I’ve gotten a room. the first week it was absolutely great! the second time there was blood on the comforter they had on the bed then covered it with a decoration. Did not see it until went to bed. at least put it at the foot but at the head is GROSS. this last time the pool room was so absolutely cold I sat with my coat on and covered up while my kids swam. the second time we went to swim it had warmed up in there. they didn’t have the heat on. the staff as always been super friendly and very personable! customer service means a lot and I will say they have great customer service!! I’d stay there again

I was really impressed with this visit compared to my last. Staff was very nice. The house keepers kept the rooms nice and clean. The pool was open and clean unlike last visit. Everything was stocked in the rooms. I love that check out time is 11. We actually get to sleep in while we stay here. We always stay here everytime we make a trip to STL. We will continue to stay.

The staff was very friendly. check in and check out only took a few minutes each. The rooms were very clean. The beds and linens were very comfortable. The location was very convenient. Lots of restaurants and shops in proximity to choose from. Very pleased with our our overall stay

Easy check in. Housekeeping gal on our floor was very helpful with questions we had re tv and which pass to get in/out of room, location ice machine. They had REAL creamer for the coffee in dining area! Room was big, very clean and bed very comfortable. We will be staying here again!

They should keep the pool open longer than 10 I wasn't able to go swimming by the time I got back pool was closed. It was a small pool anyways but still I was looking forward to go swimming the cleanness could use extra cleaning but it was a great stay really enjoyed it.
